Ok I have drained coolant out of block and radiator, now how do I get the coolant to be completely flushed out of the block? I searched and one guy said he just kept putting water into the block and turning his heat to max to flush the block. I have also heard of taking off the thermostat and flushing it with a garden hose but i dont want to take the thermostat off because i don't want to mess with anything that is fine and would rather work around it. The reason I am doing this is because I am changing brand of coolant so i would like it completely flushed. Any ideas?

taking the t-stat out would definately help things, unless your garden hose spews boiling water

yeah i say get a water house and start sprayin it down there.. and then get a wrag wrapped around a flat tip and dry up all the water
