Default 1994 honda accord

i am about to buy a 1994 honda acoord and i wanted to know, that can i put a tdo4 turbo on it with no problems or should i try to get a better engine, bc i will probaly do the pistons ova and some minor engine work to it.

the f22 is a great engine to boost. low compression, iron sleeves etc. Need more info on the td04 there are a lot of turbos based on that.

I think you need to do more research on it before you do anything involving a turbo

You say good cuz they're low compression. I was thnkin of uppng my compression AND boosting. Is that bad?

Why on Earth would you purposefully up your compression and boost?

For boost applications you want a lower compression motor.

yeah, unless that motor got a chit loada miles on it, then take it as is and boost it, those f's are boost ******, and can take alot.

1) Search the Accord forum
2) Acquaint yourself with the Forced Induction section of Honda-Tech and read the FAQ's and the Turbo F setups thread.

no its not bad....unless you were going really high but i wouldnt go and buy high compression pistons to boost.

what about same size forged pistons? that wouldn't up the compression wiould it? just give it strength

Your piston bore will remain the same, the build of the piston top, dome, flat, will effect your compression ratio.
