BUILT MOTOR WONT SEEM TO SEAL PROPERLY
okay evening fellas, i have a built motor golden eagle sleeves o-ringed and etc, problem im having is that when i fill the cylinder with air to make sure the motor is sealing properly i end up pushing air through the radiator, so i figure the headgasket isnt sealing to the block properly or maybe the head is messed up or maybe the headgasket just sucks, either way here are the specs
golden eagle 85 mm b18b NOT TO MENTION ITS O-RINGED
gsr head
both the head and block have been decked and cut,
cometic 85 mm and copper headgasket 85 mm
both headgastkets i have tried and the motor wont seem to seal properly

Are you doing a leak-down test or something else?
One thing it could be is a warped or cracked head. One thing you'll see on every shop's price list, at least V8 shops, is pressure-testing heads. It's possible the thin walls have developed cracks in them, venting air into the coolant passages.
