I just picked up a 1990 Civic Si. There was no radio in it, and the harness was cut. There is still 12volts of constant power, but no 12v ignition power.

Any thoughts on a remedy for this situation?

If that is the radio fuse, then Ive replaced it already and still no power.

 

What color is the lead, [stock radio harness 12V acc.] should be a yellow/red.

Does everything else in the car work? 94

 

The lead is Yellow/Red. The White/Blue has a constant 12v, even when the car is off. Im not sure where the 94 fuse is located, but I replaced the 15AMP radio, clock, and dome light fuse already. The only items not working in the car are the rear defrost, and the reverse lights. I think those are just burnt out though. Everything else seems to be fine.
