This past weekend my friend and i installed a sony stereo into my car and had it working but when once we turned the key and turned on the car it just stopped and hasnt been working. I check the fuse under the dash and the fuse in the back of the stereo...

Need more info...

What the hell is a "song stereo"?
What is the MM&Y of the car it's in?
Did you use a wiring harness adapter?
Did you check the fuse in the under hood fuse box, "back up" power fuse, probably a 7.5A? 94

Then it will be in the under dash fuse box, [and it may not be a 7.5A] but there will be a back up power fuse, [constant power] pull the HU and make sure there is power on both the HUs red, [acc.] and yellow, [constant] power leads. 94
