Default Killed my B16A del sol, help?

So I am a complete noob at engines, and I've spun a bearing. Took the head off, and the pistons and bearings out. Now what?

Do I just buy a new short block for a couple hundred? Or try and figure out what the hell I am doing and install new bearings myself?

Anyone know a good machine shop near maple valley/auburn Wa? My crank probably needs polished, and my #3 rod is chipped very slightly from the spun bearing. (if I run my thumbnail over it, its not smooth).

Also when I took the bearings out, I noticed some had a green mark on the edge, and some were brown. Problem is, I don't remember which cylinder had which color bearings! Am I fine with stock size on all? Or do I need to do something special?

Thanks guys and gals!

go buy some new bearing, get the cran micro polished, machine the rods to get the scoring marks off and have someone re-assemble it have them check for bearing clearance.
