Default bearing help

im about to bring my block to the machine shop to have them swap pistons to my new block (b18a) and have it balanced. i want to order all the parts for the machine shop so they can just put it together. i am very confused about the bearing issue. some people said i can reuse my main bearings (block has 106k miles on it) if their in good shape. but i dont know what i need for rod bearings. can i just order the ACL bearings i need??? i see all this stuff about thickness and color charts for honda bearings and i am confused, does acl have different thickness bearings, or are they universal. please help

Never reuse bearings, not worth the risk .. order the ACL's, they are universal (greens approximately), camp1320.com has them pretty well priced.
