You can look at the T3 super 60 or the GT28R Journal bearing. (there is one available)

Yes, You can upgrade it. BUT, your prob going to spend just about the same amount of money, when you can just get a new turbo all together. Why spend 2-300 bucks to gain 50hp? Mid as well give yourself some growing room..........

just get a new turbo, those stock saab turbos are worth upgrading. i know someone that did and it made a little more power but then had nothign but problems with the turbo. kept lockign up and chewing up wheels and he went with a well known place that does these saab turbo upgrades all the time. Like stated above for the same price can pick up a new much better unit

wouldnt be cheaper to use a bigger housing from another turbo than buying a whole new turbo? i really dont want much more whp 300whp is my absolute max whp but anywhere close will do

No. That will not help you without changes in compressor wheel at a minimum (don't forget the change in backplate, washers, etc. Time for another turbo, or retune for higher boost

Because changing housings won't help much. If the wheels can't flow much more anyway, why have a bigger housing? you're just wasting money. You can try and push the boost past its efficiency points (many have done that) to make more power as a temporary solution, but there will be an increase in intake air temperature., but in the end you'll need to change turbochargers.

I think this about covers it.

I am going to say this one last time.. And its because I like you... N O. Changing housings will not help you. For 25hp to the crank, you can add fuel and turn up the boost as needed. You still won't keep that power at 7200rpms, no matter what you do, but increase in boost will help you get the 25hp increase, as long as proper precautions on your retune are made. otherwise, TIME TO CHANGE TURBOS.

Exactly, TheShodan has already told you this in several earlyer posts. Changing the housing is pointless and will gain you little to nothing since you still retain the same turbine wheel and compressor wheel. Either stick with what you got or do it right and get a new turbo. If your not looking for much more power, turn the boost up and get a re-tune. That is the simplest way to do it. I dont think you realize whats involved to change housings either.... do some more research my friend, its obvious that you have not done so.
