Default TPS has low output voltage! Help!

I just picked up a 93 gsr, still gots the og b17, I got a cel for the throttle position sensor (7 blinks using the jumper) I measured the middle feedback wire when trying to calibrate the sensor mounting position, I only get 0.011-0.033vdc mounted all the way to the right, aren't I supposed to get .50vdc?

When I try measuring at wot, I only get 1.1vdc.

I checked my input voltage 4.25 and ground is good. I also tried a used (supposed to be a good known sensor) same results.

Could I have two bad sensors? Is my ecu bad? Maybe a short somewhere?

Please help gurus of Honda motors!

fixed it, just unbolted the ECU and did pin to pin (ohms) looked good, then measured voltage at TPS again and BAM! 0.58, adjusted to .50, NO MO CEL! BOIII!!

Must of been a bad connection at the ECU, i did notice that whoever owned the car before did a shitty stereo wiring job, Wires everywhere, damn spaghetti.

ok CEL came back after driving over 50mph, I checked the codes and it blinks 7 fast (TPS) 1 slow blink, 2 medium blinks and 3 fast. Is that a knock sensor code?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

ok, now I'm only getting the 7 blinks, TPS again? But it only comes on after I go 50mph or after vtec goes on.

BTW, no mods all stock.

Any input would help greatly.

Thanks in advance.

I had already swapped out TPS sensors, I see .50 volts when the ignition is on and 4.50vdc when WOT. Still getting the 7 blinks....

I get 4.50v at the reference, I correctly calibrated the TPS to .50vdc.

Yes the car still drives normal, vtec still kicks in and all. The CEL is just annoying. Could my alternator be bad?
