Default D16A6 lightly modded, advices please..

Have a D16A6 with i/h/e, no cat, stg 3 clutch kit, and waiting for a Delta 272 camshaft right now. Also I have a adjustable cam gear.
Planning to throw that in,and mill the head.
Would a 0.060" be too much, should I stick to 0.040" ?
I'm planning on running it with stock valvetrain, not planning to take it over stock rev limiter.
I heard that you must adjust the cam gear when milling the head, but don't know how much degrees for how much milled amount?
Any suggestions please?

Found somehwere that for every 0.012" shaved cam timing gets retarded for 1 cam degree. Also I'll be using a thinner Y8 / Z6 head gasket, so that is 0.011" thinner gasket. That comes to let's say 0.040" + 0.011" = 0.051". So I would have to advance my cam timing for 4 cam degrees cca.?
I'm just not sure will 0.060" be too much (+ 0.011" from thinner Y8 or Z6 gasket = 0.071"), or would that be fine with a Delta 272?
Also, I will have to adjust my distributor for timing correction?
Any suggestion for what amount?

the mechanical difference between a D15 and D16 is 4.75 degrees at the cam. the deck height is 5mm difference.

so according to my math you would alter the cam timing .95 degrees per MM shaved from the deck or head.

someone chime in to confirm or deny.
