Default Couple of questions, Just finished Y8 head on B7 block mini me

Can anyone tell me the compression ratio? My head is planed .010 and I used a corteco b7 head gasket (trying to keep compression down as I can only get 91 octane at the pump here).

Also, the head came with a JG adjustable cam gear, but I need a key for it because I am a dumbass and lost it, can anyone tell me where I may get one? And when I do, what should I set my cam gear it to resolve the timing issue? Ignition timing is just a little retarded right now, but enough for the car to bog below 1300-1400 rpms. I'm using the B7 dizzy. There's a Z6 cam in the head, the guy who had the car before me had an aftermarket cam which twisted apart somehow and he had already sold the y8 stock cam and could only find a Z6 cam, is this affecting my timing issue at all? Any help would be greatly appreciated, I am REALLY enjoying the extra pull but I still think I can get so much more from the setup with some tuning!

Not sure about the c/r, my guess is somewhere near about 9.8:1. What kind of bolts are on the gear? On mine, I can use an impact allen wrench to loosen and tighten them. As for your timing, your running a non-VTEC distributor on a VTEC head. That along with the more aggressive profiles of the Z6 cam is why I would bet your car isn't running properly. Just my input

they're allen bolts, 6 of them on this one. I didn't think the VTEC dizzy's were that much different other then the bolt patterns IE the b7 vs z6 dizzy's? I am running a P28 as well I should have mentioned I guess.
