Default Cometic HG w/ARP studs, How much boost?

I am just wondering what you can usually run for boost numbers before you start having hg issues?

Its a benson sleeved ls block 84mm. With b16a head, cometic hg, and arp studs.

When is it recommended to use o-rings, and what do you run for a gasket with them?

Ok... cool, Does anyone re-torque the head studs? I know this has been recommended but does anyone actually do it?

How much power are you making @35psi?

MLS has been the norm for years, don't use a copper gasket. If it works, stick with it.

IMO 90ftlbs is a bit high. This has been covered here a number of times.

Why not both?
If you're looking for high boost, then I would suggest both.
