Default Help b18c into my ek won't start!

Ok guys, I'm gonna try to be as thorough here as possible. Last week I swapped a USDM b18c into my 99 ek. Everything went in ok except for a few small bumps. I was told by the guy (craigslister) the motor was out of a 2000 gsr, he even had the invoice. Turns out that the dizzy was obd1 and so was the alt, shady I know. So I get a an adapter for the dizzy and spliced in an obd1 plug for the alt on my ek engine wiring harness. So all should be good. I plug the wiring harness into my chipped obd1 p28 and try to start the car. It cranks but doesn't sound quite right, it sounded like a pretty weak attempt to start then makes a weak, burbling backfire type popping sound, not a loud backfire that you would expect. So I check for fuel. It's getting fuel atleast to the rail, havent tried to pull an injector out and see if its getting fuel there. Next I check spark. No spark, atleast from what I can tell visually, the plug is not arking. I pull the plug wires off and use my multimeter in the hole where the wires go. It's getting voltage, I put it at the tip of the plug and its getting voltage there. I have new plugs and wires, so the problem doesn't lie there. I am thinking it may be the dizzy, but dont wanna get a new one if that isnt the problem. Anyone have an idea of whats going on here? Both grounds are on and solid too.

That's s very common sound your talking about. If i were you I would check just about everything cause it sounds like this Craigslist guy wasn't exactly honest with you. Check all your connections, fuses, relays, injectors, combustion, compression, air box/throttle body. I mean everything! Make sure your wiring for the dizzy is hooked up correctly and also make sure you're timing is correct

As stated above, it doesnt sound like just one thing. Sounds like theres a few things not in order.

Do a list of everything and check everything.

First of all are you getting any codes ?

Well upon further inspection I am getting spark. So I'm getting spark and fuel, timing is good as well. So I did a compression test. All 4 cylinders are at 0 compression. are my valves shot or what else could it be?
