Ive looked i remeber a few years ago possibly hearing guys were installing oil squirters in there non vtec blocks. anyone have a link for the article?

 

the job of the oil squirters is to cool down the piston, so if you're using forged pistons then you really won't need the oil squirters.

oem cast pistons can get away without using them too, i don't think it really makes a difference.. what's your setup consist of? and your plans? drag, auto-x.. or road racing?
