Where to buy oil line and water line plumbing
So I just recieved my Turbo the other day.
I've gone over it and it looks fine. the only thing left that I need for my custom turbo build is the oil line and the oil drain line along with the coolant line for the turbo. Now, I've done an LSVtec before, so I know about Tee-ing off the Oil pressure switch, and I can get Earls braided lines for the application, however, I'm confused about what fitting to use at the turbo. Where do I get the end of the oil line that bolts to the turbo unit itself? For both oil feed in and oil return out for the turbo.
Also, it looks like water cooled part of the turbo housing is just 3/8" BSPT. Haven't actually tried a 3/8 fitting in it yet, but am I correct?

I doubt it's BSPT.
Probably more like 1/4" NPT.
If you need threaded flanges for the feed/return, you can get them from Viren probably. Lots of places sell them though.

what bout the thread for the td05-14g turbo? i need to know what fittings to use for the oil/. water feed . tahnks
Okay, here's some pics to show you the flanges I'm talking about:
This one is threaded in the center and the 2 outter holes. I'm guessing this is the oil feed line. I should be fine to just go get a fitting that will screw into that, center hole right?
These fittings are on the Top and Bottom of the exhaust housing of the turbo. Are these the water coolant in and out lines? If so, I can figure out the fittings and just tap that into a coolant line.
This one has threaded holes on each end, and a square opening in the center. I'm guessing it's for the oil return to the pan? if so where can I get a fitting for it? A local domestic shop said it looked like a GM EGR flange....anyone know if that will work, or where can I order this flange????
Also, another question,
The exhaust side is configured for an internal WG. I have an external one. My guess is that when i'm making the downpipe, just have a flange made that will be a flat plate and only allow the exhaust gasses to exit threw the turbine area. I know this will work, but will it be okay, or should I have the flange made with a small piece to fit inside the hole so it will help exhaust flow threw the turbine???

just cover the internal wastegate hole up with the down pipe flange and use your external wastegate and you will be fine. I have the exact same set up and everthing is good for me!
Thanks for the Input ForcedAccord95!
Do you know about the oil and water lines? Did I identify them right? Where can I get the flange for the oil return (if that is infact the oil return I guessed above)?
