Default limits on pump gas ?

what exactly determine the limitation of pump gas ? I thought it's compression ratio plays the biggest factor....am I wrong ?

this is assuming a conservative timing and af ratio considering it's a street car...

I need to know..

9.8:1 CR on 91 octane to tune and soon will be on 93 all day long....

i was thinking 300-350whp on 93 with timing well retard and a air/fuel of about 12-11.5 i think thats safe

my goal 350whp on pump gas 93 with 9.1:1comp
