some coilovers sleeves. ok i only have the front spring tech ( adjustable ) coilovers and i wanna know how to put them on .. and i also wanna know where i can but the rear one's or if any one has them lemme know. oh and if anyone has pictures of there ef/crx with them on can you post them. thanks.. drizzy

 

well if u have the stock springs on u gotta remove the strut nd spring as one complete piece and then use a spring compressor so u dont kill ur self, take off the top hat, remove old spring and then since the adjustables are smaller you dont need to use the compressor to put them back on so just bolt everything back down and install,

also u can buy/rent a spring compressor at ur local auto shop store and most have the policy where you buy it then return it for full money so look into that, it will some u some bucks, but please use a spring compressor, DONT let them just fly
