b18 crx skunk2 intake mani problems

i am puttin the intake on and everything is fine when i start it revvs at 5000 and wont go and lower and the throttle cabe is unhooked any ideas i did loop 1 of the vaccums from the mani back in to it

not that i can tell but im gettn a new gasket tomorrow to make sure its got a good seal there any other ideas

not at the moment. something definitely has to be leaking. Just double check everything when you re-install

im guessing its the gasket i thought it would be ok but guess not

that almost sounds like the vacuum line to the pcv valve. (the big vacuum line in the middle of the stock manifold that goes down between the runners.)
