Default d16z6 need help with bottom block build

im in the process of getting my bottom block built, i was just wondering if i can use supertech block guard with darton 75mm sleeves, will it work? what setup do u guys think will be good for my block? i just need it to hold the boost im plannin on pushin about 15-20psi, i will be using standard bore cp 9:1 pistons, eagle rods, arp studs, will be tuned on hondata s300, stock head, sc44 precision turbo, ramhorn rc 650cc injectors... hopin for mid 12s on 22's this will be goin into a 92 vx hatch by the way..

Don't use a blockguard.

Also if the block has been used before w/ a 75mm piston, then I'd suggest going with 75.50mm (.20 over)

If your goal is to run 15-20psi may I ask what your HP goal is? What type of fuel will you be running?

That stock sleeves are capable of holding that amount of power easily.

Yes, you will need to notch the block w/ H Beam rods.

No need for sleeves at the level spend that money on some head work and a cam plus invest in a quality turbo kit. Hit up RCautoworks they can get you what you need
