what is neccesary to make a turbo car "street legal"
say u r running a closed loop wastegate set up w/ a high flow catlytic converter and the car will pass emissions. is it street legal? (in all states other then california) or will it still fail visual?

haha im not worried about cheating my inspection, I already got that covered. i was just curious. i did loose my cell phone though, who is this?
