what is neccesary to make a turbo car "street legal"
say u r running a closed loop wastegate set up w/ a high flow catlytic converter and the car will pass emissions. is it street legal? (in all states other then california) or will it still fail visual?

Yeah it'll pass. . .just make sure you slip them a 20 before you leave it w/ them. Hey and find you're cell phone dude I heard you lost it!!!

haha im not worried about cheating my inspection, I already got that covered. i was just curious. i did loose my cell phone though, who is this?
