Does the problem go away if you cover the FITV port in the throttle body with your finger?

Have you tried bleeding the cooling system?

CELs?

ok so there no suction coming from that lower port when the car is warmed up... but i tried covering the top one which im guessing is for the iacv and the idle smoothed out a lil bit when i covered it so does that mean anything?

What happens if you disconnect the IACV plug while the engine is idling?

Did you cover the lower port for the FITV test?

I had this problem with mine. If you don't mind, you can bypass the IACV. Only do this if you cover the IACV port(top) and the problem goes away. If so than get some gasket material, and re-cut yourself a gasket without the port for IACV. This isn't recommended for cars that run extra power such as large stereos or other electrics.

I did this on mine and I haven't had a problem since. Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

Im having the same **** going on too. Except i havent messed with it. LoL. The only diffirence is sometime my idle stays at 1,000-1,500. But stuck . Doesnt surge up and down. And it wont comedown unless i rev the motor, then it will drop.Which is weird and dont know what to check for this one. Sorry not trying to thread jack either...

try taking ur fast idle valve off, and turning the vacuum down with a flat head screw driver. it is located right under the throttle body.
