im running that turbo on low boost for now. which is 10-11 lbs.

some other guys around here are running that turbo to the max. buddy of mine daily'd it at 16 lbs which made 430 wheel. and one of my other buddys maxed it out at i think 23 lbs making 481 wheel. effieciency range is around 14-18 lbs.

mine started to smoke a little after a few trips to 30lbs. This was after 25,000 miles of abuse ranging between 13-22lbs.

a 360 deg thrust bearing would defiantly hold more load/boost longer than a 270deg bearing. how much more is up to couple factors. (heat/lubrication)

i think if you run a good engine oil at all times the 270 will last just as long as a 360.

also don't underestimate the power output of the 57-trim with a proper/efficient setup and tune. 16psi can surely make 430whp with the right combination of parts and tuning.......my setup did 420@17psi. and more recently 440+@19psi.
