what is the hp rating for each? also the garret 360 thrust bearing option, what is this for?

I am presuming you are asking about a 60-1? Well take a look at my sig, that is .82 exhaust housing. 26 psi is maxing it out the turbo.

The 360 degree thrust bearing provides extra support for the shaft at higher boost levels. If you want to run over 15 psi or so of boost, I would highly recommend it.

What exactly do you mean, maxing out the turbine?
