garrett gt40-67?
I'm wondering if anyone here is familiar with the garrett gt40-67 which isn't a BB turbo, or the 40-88 also non BB? I have a 2.2 K-series yhat's capable of revving 10,000 and need to know if this thing will spool?
I figure if I can get this thing to spool even late which would be good for traction, then it'll stay in boost the rest of the track.
Thanks for the help, Rob.

lol...
there are some people even using a GT42R on a smaller displacement engine as yours.
Those turbo will spool soon enough for your power band..also depends on the turbine housing you choose

I know what peolpe are using here as more standard, which are the 4088r & 4294r but both of these turbos are BB & very expensive. On an acerage you lose about 1000 revs from non BB, but am not familar with the large t4's
I'm running a 4088 non ball bearing turbo. The car will running in a week or two.
But 93H22ACX made 615 at 26 psi with this turbo on a 2.2 motor. Full boost at 5500 rpm
