please tell me how to wire vtec with pics
Ok so I just got my new motor in. I am replacing my D15B7 with a D15B w/vtec. I got the new ecu already. Pretty much everything I am going to need.
I know that I just need to do a little rewiring to the harness to hook up the vtec. Could somebody please "SHOW" me how? I'm asking for a picture or pictures showing how to wire it.
My step dad is helping me put it in, and he is overly thorough and wants to get pictures. Any help with this?

What year is your car?
You really dont need pictures. I can walk you through it.
There is a little clip to pull up on the ECU plug that locks the pin in.

Wiring is need for the engine harness. It is pre-wired from the engine to the ECU.

the only wiring you could possibly have to do is from the engine to the shock tower. the first pic, right side harness.
but if you use a UDSM ex or si engine harness (d16z6) then the wiring for vtec will already be there.
