Default OBD2B TO OBD1 conversion ?'s please help

My brother and i are fixing to start on his 99 civic si, were ordering a 92-93 xsi complete change over from HMO, the only thing were using out of it is the engine wich is the b16a thats 170hp, the rest of that swap is actually for my crx. now on to the questions.

Were going to be converting from obd2b to obd 1 with the conversion harness. i know if we were going to be staying 0bd2 we would have to change oil pumps for the crank sensor, since were switching to obd1 do we have to worry about the crank sensor now? also the computer coming with the swap is a pr3, can we use that or do we need a usdm ecu?

if im forgetting anything please let me know, this is the first time ive done and obd conversiona and want to make sure i get it all right so any help and knowledge is very much appriciated. thanks

An obd1 pr3 does not use the crank sensor on the oil pump.

You will need either the OBD1 or OBD2 Distributor. You just can't use the OBD0.

Correct, the p28 does not either. You will need an obd1 or obd2 distributor when running an obd1 ecu.
