Default eg6 fuel pump wont kick on, replaced a list of crap and still no work

car is a 95 dx hatch that I converted to rhd. finally threw in a motor over the weekend and ran into a few problems.

the motor turns over and has spark. no fuel.

fuel pump isnt kicking on. checked every fuse and all fuses are good. replaced the main relay. replaced the fuel pump. even threw an extra ten dollars in gas in.

I took a light tester to the plugs at the fuel pump and im getting a really weak voltage.

someone told me there is a fuel pump relay. I thought that was the main relay, maby im wrong. if so where the hell is that thing at.

I am using the jdm under dash harness and engine bay harness.

it is possible that I have the wiring wrong on the fuse box under the dash. does anyone have a list of what every plug goes to on the fuse box?

I need some help here guys this is a nightmare.

I am throwing a code 3. but on my jdm engine bay harness there is NO map sensor plug. at all. I even unloomed some of it to look for cut wires but nothing there.

Have you tested the wire running between the main relay and fuel pump? The main relay gets power from the starter signal [ON(III)], ignition switch [ON(II)], and battery through fuses 18, 24, and 31. Have you checked that the main relay has battery voltage on all three wires from these fuses? Do you happen to have a known good ECU to swap in?

Not having a MAP sensor hooked up is also a major issue. Fix that issue ASAP as the MAP is a crucial sensor.

im going to fix the map when I get home tonight. we had 2 good ecu's and tried both of them.

I will check those 3 fuses again tonight. I kno we swapped good fuses into every slot last night. we tried 3 good working main relays last night to no avail. I dont remember hearing them click thou but maby its cuz I was tired.

I will check for voltage tonight
