Default Ref Ticket VC 27156B HELP!

Does anyone know how much the fine is for this ticket? This is the first ref ticket ive gotten and i got it in oceanside county...? I also heard that if you sell the car the case is dropped because i was suppose to give the car to my brother Aug 1st. So i need to know my options. It is a big hassle for me to just go stock and ref it. Gotta convert back to obd2a (currently obd1) change all wiring harness and put y7 back in.

From what I hear and this is not 100% true, but I hear from other boards is that the State of California no longer will waived that if the car is sold. It will stay on the vehicle until it gets taken care of. Someone that has more knowledge on this topic can chime in.

my next question is does anyone know how much the fine is? My buddy said that if I just go to ref stock and pass the fine will only be $8 + $25 for the citation?

If I go to court and show proof that I sold the car will they void the ref ticket? I swapped all my OE stuff back on but im getting check engine codes up the ***. One is the IAC Circuit Failure? Anyone know a fix for that?
