Impact gun and a torch.

you could buy the $40 tool and it will come right off with an air impact.

3/4 impact gun will take it off with hardly any effort

I know it's not the best or recommended way, put you can put a screwdriver at the flywheel then try to remove the bolt. Again, it's not the best way being that it can damage the teeth on the flywheel, but it might get the job done.

impact guns won't work. My bro-n-law accord had the same issues, took it to a shop that has 1000 ft lbs guns, and still won't work. Then we took it to a honda repair shop and they raise the car up and use a 3/4 breaker bar with a long cheater on it. "Bingo"
donate 40 to the 1000 ft lbs gun shop for his tries
The honda shop did it for free.... :-)

You need an impact wrench, it took a huge Blue Point to get mine off.

The 2-year lab, here at Pitt State, couldn't find that part, so us in the 4-year lab just did it with a big impact. But you're right, if you have the option of using the right tool, then use it.

thanks for the help, using a long pipe and use my feet is a good idea but since the dang bolt is too tight, it either break my tools or bend my tools. this bolt is not a joke....i use my friend impact gun about 150 psi..still would not open it..i need a impact that could reach up to 200 psi or up......i guess i need to go and try to find a place where they work on big truck...do anybody know a name for repair shop for big truck?
