Adjust the angle of the turbo inlets?! NoOb..
Okay so i recently purchased a turbonetics t62-1 and i had a turbonetics t3 which came with the manifold im planning to use..now the problem is that this is how the t62-1 looks like

..see how the angle of the inlet/outlet of the turbo is about 90 degrees?? And i want to adjust it so that the cold side is facing down when mounted on the manifold instead of facing towards the radiator like this..

Im a noob at this stuff and i was wondering if there is a way i can do it myself or if i would need to send it out to someone to do it for me??
thanks H-t

if im not mistaken you had be able to clock that turbo. loosen the 13mm bolts on the compressor housing and turn gently to the desired position and do the same for the exhaust side. but make sure the oil drain is facing down.
Do some searching using the term clocking or clock turbo or similar. There are a lot of threads on this and if you turn it too much you can run into problems, but generally its fool proof.
here ya go
