Default clocking turbo question

do i have to have the turbo out of the car to clock it? ive read all the clocking post, but my turbo is on the manifold with all the lines connected... can it still be done? or do i have to take everything off? the reason i want to clock it is because my revhard manifold puts the compressor outlet right on the bottom edge of the stock radiator. im looking into buying a thicker racing radiator, but they are THICKER. Car is an eg with a b16. thanks for any help if you can.

u dont really have to take the turbo off as long as you can losen all the bolts on the turbo.

Do you have to loosen the bolts on the compressor housing as well as the turbine housing to clock the middle part of the turbo?

Mine is already installed in the car as well... Any pics would be greatly appreciated as the other pics on H-T are down.
