oh this is getting interesting. by saying they "suck" what exactly do you mean? the s15 turbo is ball bearing with inconel turbine aka "ni resist" so i dont see how this could suck.
id like to see some dyno graphs once this is done

its nice to see some sr20 love on here keep it up!

the car currently has a s14 turbo on it and a 5 speed tranny because the tranny and the s15 turbo went bad. reverse went out on the 6spd tranny

i hope youre not going to make a tubi manifold for a stock turbo... make a simple log for quick spool and later if he upgrades then make whatever you want.. unless he wants to be limited to DSM flanged turbos.

nice 30min of fab lol.. dont brush ur welds man, we NEED to see COLORZZ!!!2

edit: forgot you made a collector.. and tha flange doesnt look like it'd go flat on a log. make a mini ram?

The turbo's are twin scroll, so your better off working with this. You'll get 400+ out of that turbo, so there not that bad!

It is hard to tell from that pic but are the runners paired up right , cycl 1,4 to one side of the turbo inlet and cycl 2,3 to the other ?

you need to figure out to rotate each runner clockwise to the next position on the collector and you should be able to fix it with minimal work/material.
