Default B18c5 Internals

By replacing the internals in a B18c5 with aftermarket internals would you be gaining HP or just defeating the purpose of buying the engine? Which things should be changed and which should just be left as they are?

This is the wrong section for this question

The B18C5 is a masterpiece of an engine. If you want to build a stroker motor start with a b18a or b18b or b18c motor. but please don't ruin a b18c5 engine.
