Default help on turbo bogging and hesistation

hey wassup u guys. i have a 2000 civic ex with a homemade turbo running 5 psi. It is a IHI rhb5 turbo. I have a walbro 255lph fuel pump, B&M fpr, 12:1 vortech FMU, and ngk's 2 step colder plugs. My problem is my car doesnt idle and run right. When i start up my car it will idle fine until i step on the gas a lil bit then the idle starts going down until almost stall. When im driving i step on the gas half way and it sounds like its backfiring? But when i hit WOT it goes away. This promblem doesnt happen when my CEL comes on. I cant seem to figure out the problem.. I need some help Thanks

your map is reading boost. that is bad. get some sort of check valve setup and your should be running 9's.

well not 9's it just sounded cool like in the F&F lol (please dont flame, it has been a long day at work)
