Default CEL 41 and 3 w/ Hack

I've got a B20Z converted to OBDI with a T3 turbo (@ 7 psi). I currently have DSM 450s and the VAFC. ( set at -35 across the board)

At low throttle and in vacuum the car runs fine (idle is kind of high though), but sometimes in boost the check engine light comes on and the car bogs.
Anways I'm throwing codes 41(Primary Oxygen Sensor - Heater circuit malfunction)
and 3 (MAP Sensor defective circuit or unplugged / defective sensor).

What can I do to remedy these problems? Any help is appreciated.

Could the placement of the O2 sensor be a problem? The O2 sensor is ~4" away from the turbo.

Shouldn't the hack eliminate the problem with the MAP sensing boost?

if ur running hella rich u couldve burned out the o2 and cause the cel.....
also for trippin the map could mean ur boosting too much...above the 11.2 psi limit of the stock map....

Dao, this is the exact reason why I told Keng to run a better fuel management setup...if you want something plain and simple, try a hondata.

The AFC hack has a lot of mixed reviews. Call me if you need a hondata setup

I "read" how guys say the afk hack is great, But i have yet to "SEE" one actualyl work correctly and typed in the computer for online reading. I have actually seen more problems and blown motors due to attemtps with it than anything else.

Do the Hondata as already suggested. It works.......

I was planning on switching to Hondata at a later date. For now I'd like to see if I can get this to work.
Hondata might have to come sooner than I think.

Same goes for me . . . . i'm running the AFC Hack and it works great for me (knocks on wood) my idle is great, and when in boost everything is good. I ha that CEL 41 when I first started up my car and that was because my o2 sensor was not hooked up right.

*if you have an air/fuel ratio gauge double check that your o2 is hooked up right*

if your 02 sensor is literally 4" away from the turbo, that's your problem right there. Do yo know how hot those things get? It's not like putting an 02 sensor on a N/A header or something.

Put the 02 sensor further down where the downpipe meets wtih the cat.
