Default help me identify an electrical problem

As i had previously stated, someone half assed an alarm install, and appears to hve goofed up, and then reassembled the wiring harness wrong. I have a randomly appearing door ajar light and an abs light on the guage cluster that turns on when you open the passenger door. This is a 95 integra special edition 2 door coupe. I appear to have narrowed down the source of the problem but i dont have anything to go on except the wiring diagrams that are too vague at this point for me to figure out how to correct it. According to the diagram there is a red and blue wire that come from the power door lock module and there is a red and blue wire for the abs light the guage cluster. These appear to be cross wired as far as i can tell, however i cannot locate the other end of a bare wire that should be situated somewhere under the dash. The other problem is the fact that there is yet another green wire spliced 3 ways right next to this.

Have a look for yourselves. Now if i have to replace the whole harness, i need to know which section of harness this is that needs to be replaced.

i think the light green w/red stripe is door ajar light and it looks like it has that darker green wire coming off of it and going to nothing... that might be the sparaticness of that light. cut that dark one off and tape up the spot where its soldered, or reattach the whole thing if you don't think that connection looks good. i have the 98 teg manual and it says abs wire is grn/red but idk if its the same on 94-97.

im not concerned about that one, i disconnected that myself from the viper alarm, it was going to zone3 door sensor off of that wire, however the red and blue wire with 3 connections, and the green wire taped up with 3 connections you see there in the large lump of wires coming out of the harness is what i cant explain, i cant tell if thats normal or not, as it doesnt look it, but i also cant tell how to correct it.

abs is blue/red on that year teg. that red/blu is showing as a window motor wire on the 98 teg manual... that part of the harness probably comes out of the fuse box and runs all the way back so i don't think you want to replace it. That splice doesn't look stock at all but i'm not sure what they were trying to do. That green one doesn't look stock either. I would just try to fix what is not working.
