hi there im new to the forum and to hondas i have a few problems i got an 1988 crx si with a zc in it( part of a trade) it runs fine when warmed up but i have trouble starting in the mornings or when has been sitting for more than 6 hours.

im geting codes 6,9,10

ecu is a pm7

i have tried new water sensor as old was in a state but still has not fixed the code 6 whitch is causing the cold start problem as far as i can tell(just from what ive read on here) any ideas?

 

try resetting your ecu. pull the cables off your battery for like a minute

 

have tried still same ol story i have some pics of some wiring from ecu into the engine bay plug the wires for the sensor are in a multi wire cable with outer wire a few are like it and they are joind up to a brown wire ant the ecu end but at the other end are a no go to anyware the are just open ended.

the blue wire you can kind of see is much like tv coax cable except has 4 wires on the inside then coverd by mesh wire on the outer before the blue

 

dont know if you can tell whats going on there but hpfully someone can help

 

im pretty new to these honda's but it might help if you drew a diagram in paint and label it well, might help
