Default Wiring issue please help (solved)

Car: 1997 civic with a LS engine running a OBD2 ecu
Proble: I took out the wire harness to rerun a wire for the IAT sensor and one for the ECT sensor after wards I plug the ecu back in and the car won't start fuel pump won't prime it's as if there was no ecu pluged in. Went back to look at the ecu connections and when I moved the ecu I heard the main relay kick in the fuel pump prime but it when back off. I tried to look for a lose wire but I can't find one can anyone help? Where should I start looking

Stay focused on a loose connection near the ECU.
