You're at a point where it is best to sleeve the block now to be able to do it with a larger margin of safety. You can even send your current pistons with the block to be sleeved. You've got all of the right equipment, otherwise.

First of all, Crome is fine... as long as the tuner is REALLY fimiliar with it but its always best to have something like s300 that allows many more things to be watched and many more securities. Also, you will want staged boost... 600whp is useless without it tbh.

i wasnt sure if the stock crank can handle that sort of power.... at least get it all balanced and micropolished. if you have new pistons, be sure to get the block re honed. Dont forget to get main/rod bearings. i reccomend King.

no need for main studs... if you do deciede to install them make sure the block is line honed or at least checked and remove the dowels from your oil pump

pistons and rods are already in with oem honda bearings and the tuner is very familiar with crome but i know crome is kinda tempermental to weather and i live in new england so i just wou;d rather go with s300

Then tune and go for race gas with a better management system. The rest is ready to go. I apologize for not seeing your "sleeved" part of the list.

The stock crank of a b series is good to well over 800 HP. As far as cams go... I had a big battle with this not to long ago. First I would like to say when ever possible match the valvetrain to the cams. IE Pro'1 with skunk2 pro valve springs and retainers. I would say go with a CTR / ITR cam for your HP goal. I ran pro1's in my 500 hp car and honestly there was no reason to have them there at that low of whp. They also are pretty tough on your valve train. Is this going to be a street/strip car? If so you might want to put longevity in the build plans when putting a parts list together. You might want to look in to a skunk2 tuner1. Or if you are shooting for 600hp now and 7 to 800 later down the road go ahead and get pro1's but make sure you get matching valvetrain. Or you might end up with giant chuck of aluminum that use to be a PNP head.... Ask me how I know, go ahead ASK. This link should be helpful to you :
