Default Just swapped my turbo b20 vtec into my dc

i had the motor in my da but wanted it in my dc. now its all in and all that good stuff but the only things that i changed was

1. 2 1/2 in IC piping instead of 2 3/4 IC piping because it was way differenr
2. smaller IC(from HUGE to Medium)... reason being the jdm itr front end doesnt have that much room for a huge IC.
2. instead of the 3inch exhaust that was on the da, im using the stock integra gsr piping with a flowmaster muffy.

Now heres my issues... the car was tuned and everything on 9psi... and the ecu is obd1....
after putting the swap in my teggy its not building boost.... like maybe 1 or 2 psi at most... but not 9psi... but the blow off valve blows off so it building somewhat boost...

would the changes that ive made to put the swap in the dc make the car not boost like this? it ran perfect in the da, and now im getting a lil white smoke at high rpms...

ANY INPUT WILL HELP BUNCHES>>> THANKS

check all vacuum and exhaust leaks and your stock piping will affect boost greatly.

Keep on working..
