Default getting chipped ecu back to stock?

hi..like the title says..is there a way to get your chipped ecu back to stock? Reason I ask, is because I bought a p28 long time ago and is chipped for a gsr. Don't know name of chip. Anyways I have a d16z6 and would like to get that ecu back to stock. thanks

all you need is someone that has eprom burner. Most shops that have dyno sld be able burn factory map on chipped ecu. That or just find a stock ecu.

cut or remove jumper j1 and you're back to stock.

Cut the jumper on J1.

well the chip is a socketed one. sorry noob to chipped ecu's, but can i just remove the chip or is there something that has to be there and i would have to cut the wire to j1. thanks guys

Cut the jumper to J1 and it won't matter what you do with the socket.
