LS Into 2000 Civic EX
Ok, My homeboy let me test drive his 94 integra Ls Today and it ran good but its slower than a single cam. but whats new? anyways hes selling my friend the motor/tranny,ecu, complete wire harness, spindles complete, axles. Pretty much EVERYTHING that a car needs to run and drive for 700 bux. Well my friend has a 2000 EX and wants to know if everything is gonna be compatible and what will he and i need to do to make this possible?
And if it makes a difference it is a automatic tranny.
Thanks!

The LS Has a Auto Mated to it. My friends EX Is 5spd but was auto at one time, so we can easily swap it back to automatic. i just need to know what needs to be done to the wire harness for it to work and run. and what all do we need to do to make this happen?
1. You have to cut and notch the frame rail to make the much larger B-series automatic tranny fit.
2. You have to fabricate your own mounts because non exist
3. due to differences in how the civic and integra transmissions are controlled its extremely difficult to get the transmission to shift properly. (you have to wire in an Integra TCM)
Pick up an LS 5 speed tranny.
