You replaced the entire distributor? Where did you get the replacement distributor?

Does the rotor turn when the engine is cranked?

are you getting spark at the cap or nowhere?
you might have gotten a bad distributor
some salvage yards in my area will do a 15 day warranty...

so your tested the plug and the wires
but did you test for spark at the distributor?
take the wires off and check if your getting spark at the distributor

Do you have battery voltage on the BLK/YEL wire attached to the igniter unit in the distributor when the key is turned to ON(II)?

Do you have an open or short in the YEL/GRN wire that attaches to the igniter unit and runs to the ECU?

There is voltage . I checked the distributor without the wires and i'm getting spark so could it be wires?

What kind of wires are they? I recommend only OEM Sumotomo or NGK. Cheap no-name parts store wires are known to pull apart internally. I've had a number of sets fall apart on me straight out of the box.

well man if you have spark at the destributor but not at the end of the wires when plugged in...
there is a short in the wires
replace them... start your car

so your getting spark all the way to the plugs now?
because a timing belt won't make spark stop at the wires...
