ok so i go outside tonight and i pop my hatch to take out some spare nitrous parts i had layin back there so the f*ckin techers up here at wyotech wont steal em, and i happen to notice one of my support struts is not attached to my window... i tried for about 20 minutes to get it back on but it wont screw in (it's separated where the actual strut screws into the mounting plug in the window)

i noticed the plug in the window where the strut screws in is stripped out somethin fierce. i can't seem to find replacements anywhere. could someone point me in the right direction and i was wondering how common this problem is on eg hatchbacks

i went to wyotech in blairsville, i live about 30 min away. if you get on route 22 and follow it down into Monroeville you will come right to Valley Honda, they should have what you need.
