The rear window defrost is controlled by the ICU.

For the front the first thing I would check is the blower motor, test the blue/white lead at the blower motor two pin plug, it should test as 12V+ when ign. switch is in the run position.

If there is 12V+ at the blue/white lead, [with ign. on] use a jumper wire to supply a direct ground to the blue/black lead, stuff one end of jumper into plug with blue/black lead/terminal and touch the other end of jumper to any chassis ground point, does blower motor work? 94

They are LEDs and it is unlikely they are all blown, check fuse 17 - 7.5A, [hot in run] in under dash fuse box.

Do any of the indicator lights, [or illumination lights] work in the climate control head?

Did you try what I suggested with the blower motor?
If so, what did you find? 94
