Default No start problems

I have a 95' civic dx with a d15 mini me swap. The main cabbin harness set fire so I changed that. Now it will not start. Everything is hooked up, no blown fuse's, changed ecu. It's not getting spark or fuel. The main relay is good I changed it out with another known good one. All grounds are good. Wtf else could cause it? It cranks but no spark or fuel.

Just throwing this out there but is the ECU fuse under the hood there and good? What about the injector plug for all of the fuel injector grounds by the master cylinder? The injector Plug would cause the no fuel problem? The ECU fuse would cause both

Does the CEL remain ON steady with the key turned to ON(II)? It sounds like the ECU is not properly grounded.

It stays steady. How would I properly ground it? It's bolted up. All grounds are good. Ecu fuse is good. I replaced all fuse's and even the big 50 amp ones just for sh*ts and giggles and nothing.

Does the CEL also remain ON steady with the service connector jumped (=code 0)? Generally this type of problem is caused by corrosion or disconnection of the important ground wire attached to the thermostat housing. It can also be caused by a bad ECU or bad ECU wiring.

Also double check fuse 31, 24, and 18.
