Civic EX Alarm Install...Where to pin lock/unlock wires?
I am about to install an alarm system in my EJ and was wondering if there is any other way to tap into the lock unlock wires without going to the door? I have looked at wiring diagrams and they say that there are wires in the drivers kick panel that you could tap to while others say that you have to get to them at the door.
For those of you with alarms in EX, can you please let me know if there is a way to tap the lock/unlock wires inside the car without having to run wires to the door?
Thanks....

Should have said it was a 92-95 to begin with, makes it a lot easier. This will also probably get moved to the Audio/Security forum.

Oh, and I just noticed you posted this question in the Audio/Security forum as well; and again you didn't give the MMY. Always list the make, model, and year; it really helps answering the questions.

I know the color of the wires but I need to know if there is a place to tap into the wires inside the car instead of in the door so that I don't have to run wires to the door.
Thanks for all the help!!!
