Default AN fuel setup questions

I am going to be running the full race sump which has a -10 outlet. Then im running into a aeromotive fuel pump with a -10 inlet and outlet. I think im going to run a -10 female coupler (if that will work?) into a A1000 pump. The outlet of the pump will run a -10 to -8 (AEI-15610) then run -8 lines to the FPR. Only problem with this is i cant find how to run a -8 line into the Aeromotive a1000-6 FPR. Anyone run this setup before and found a reducer?

Then im going to run a -6 return.

Thanks for everyones help.

this is the fitting you need. -6 into the regulator with a -8 going to your hose end.

AEI-15608 (Yes as long as the pump and filter have the straight cut -10 o ring which i think they do which will give you a -10 male coming off and yes it will connect with the fittings below.. )

Well I was saving this idea for my build, but I guess i will share it. Why not just use your factory feed-line as a return, the ID of the tubing has to be around 3/8''. all u need is an adapter that connects the -6 flex line from the regulator the the hard feed line, im sure earls sells the fittings, u also need to gut ur in-tank pump possibly add some hose where the pump used to be.

my areomotive reg it -8 on all sides is his smaller or something? and then black fittings are the ones you want to use when you down size when coming out of the pump. Mine comes out of my tank as -12to-8 into a -8 earls filter 35microns then into my pump then out of my pump with that same fitting to -6 then into a -6 earls 85micron filter then -6 to the rail then my reg on the end of the rail then -6 return to the top of where the old sending unit was my dad built a plate that looks just like the old sending unit put it has nothing on it but a -6 fitting it works really nice.

Heres a shitty pic but you can see the reg on the rail.

You need to be careful with this type of setup. (regulator attached to the rail)

I know a lot of people do it, however, I have had a few customers cars come in with similar setups and have cracked the fitting going between the reg. and the rail.

If you are going to do this, make sure you buy a steel fitting not aluminum.
