Default need some advice on trouble shooting.

Okay.. today I took apart my whole setup and took a belt sander to all my flanges, changed the gaskets and added a small yellow (3psi) spring to my big red (11psi) spring.

I also added a 3bar map sensor which didn't work correctly, so I put the stock map back on.

Took it for a spin, never hit boost cut. checked my datalogs and it spools faster, but still only reaches 9.5psi

I expected to hit boost cut (11.5psi), and tried 3 hard runs. I'm seeing 9.5psi around 5500rpm

the setup is as follows:
B16A 81.5mm 9:1 pistons
HX35 12cm^2
homemade topmount
2.5" downpipe (open)
38mm tial gate
backdoor EVO intercooler

Can you guys think of anything that could be causing me to sit below 10psi?

I suggest you email your .bin and datalogs to a reputable tuner.
